This $243.5 million dollar, three year renovation will be completed in 2025. LynchCo is a subcontractor under Core Construction, Otto Baum, and Imperial Woodworking. LynchCo is providing carpenters and laborers to assist in this extensive renovations that includes updating the Illinois State Senate Chamber.
University of Illinois - Illini Union Roof Replacement

As a sub-contractor under CCC Holdings, LynchCo partnered with Huff Lumber & Home Specialties to furnish and install brand new dormer windows in what will be a three year project.
