Danville, IL

Owner: Fertitta Entertainment

Status: Completed 2023

LynchCo installed TH Snyder's custom built millwork and casework in the Casino and Saltgrass restaurant.  Millwork included all the wood trim and casing, bead board paneling, custom wine and liquor display cases & shelves, sports bar and restaurant trims, and the faux wood beams on the ceilings.

Champaign, IL

Owner: Target Corporation

Status: Completed 2022

Target underwent a remodel to accommodate new freezers and coolers as a remedy for the increase in the curb-side pick up market.  Contracted by SM Wilson, LynchCo installed the in-wall fire rated blocking, FRP, Acrovyn Panels, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Wood Finishes, Bathroom Partition and Accessories, as well as the Starbucks new fixtures.

Status: Completed 2022

The UIUC Psych Lab renovation included new restrooms, to include All-Gender restrooms, in the basement and on the third floor.  LynchCo installed the Bathroom Partitions and Accessories, Acoustical Ceiling Tile System, Doors/Frames/Hardware, and Gypsum Board.

Status: Completed in 2021

This student housing project is a staggering 390,700 square feet.  As a sub-contractor under J.H. Findorff and Son, LynchCo installed several different finishes throughout the building.  Finishes include the Bathroom Partitions and FRP on levels 1, 3, 4, and 5.  LynchCo also installed the trim molding and barn wood ceilings in the upgrade units on levels 6 and 13.

Urbana, IL

Status: Completed in 2021

Widmer Interior teamed up with LynchCo to furnish and install over 600 Herman Miller tables, Mity-Lite Furniture, and Honors Teaching Lecterns.  In addition, LynchCo installed custom-made benches provided by Prairie woodwork, a local woodworker based in Downs, Illinois.

Mattoon, IL

Owner: Blue Cross Blue Shield

Status: Completed in 2020

O'Malley Construction hired TH Snyder and LynchCo to provide and install the casework and finishes in this new 50,000 square foot office.  Included in this package is a front reception desk, cabinets and countertops, wood trim, veneer wood columns, plastic laminate planters, and a feature-wall in the reception area.
