Info: LynchCo partnered with Huff Lumber & Home Specialties to furnish and install new Marvin Windows at each dormer. This is an extensive project spanning three years that takes extensive coordination between the roofers, carpenters, painters, and sheet metal workers. It also poses its own set of challenges due to the building being occupied and rooms being rented, while trying to update this beautiful and well-known UIUC Campus Landmark.

Info: LynchCo partnered with Felmley-Dickerson on a brand-new, state-of-the-art, hybrid educational facility as part of the Gies College of Business. LynchCo also installed a portion of the furniture package in a separate contract with trusted trade partner, Widmer Interiors.

Info: One of LynchCo’s largest successfully completed projects to date, with a final contract of over $2 million. LynchCo subcontracted under S.M. Wilson to renovate the vacated Sears Building at the White Oaks Mall to make way for the new Illinois EPA office. LynchCo installed the doors/frames/hardware, bathroom accessories, and the interior architectural woodwork package including the main stair seating in the 130,538 square foot space.

Chad joined the team in 2025 and brings years of union carpentry experience to the team. Chad is LynchCo’s senior journeyman at the Western Illinois University Performing Arts Center project. He has also played an integral role in successfully completing the IDOT Materials Lab in Springfield, Illinois. People who have worked with Chad appreciate his calm demeanor and his willingness to solve problems.

Brad oversees LynchCo’s Champaign Area projects and brings a wealth of carpentry knowledge to the team. From Rough Carpentry, Interior Architectural Woodwork, Casework, Doors/Frames/Hardware, and other finishes, Brad works quickly and accurately. He has successfully completed projects at UIUC Wymer Hall, UIUC Memorial Stadium FICE, and UIUC Krannert Art Museum. While he typically works in Champaign, he also helped successfully complete the New Berlin JR/SR High School Renovation in 2025.

Tom oversees LynchCo’s Springfield Area projects with an extensive knowledge in doors, frames, hardware, and AWI QCP installations. He has successfully completed projects at the new Illinois EPA Office, IDOT Materials Lab, Illinois State Fair Coliseum, Sangamon County Courthouse, and several other CDB projects. Tom prides himself on communication, organization, and transparency. Clients who have worked with Tom know they can trust him to get things done right.

Michael manages several of LynchCo’s CDB and UIUC projects. As a graduate from Purdue University, he is a critical thinker and problem solver who brings years of experience in management to our project team. Michael also oversees the safety program that includes site visits, safety training, and weekly toolbox talks to ensure that our employees always are working productively and safely.

Adam is the head of field operations and on-site installations. Adam has over 20 years of experience as a journeyman carpenter with vast knowledge on how to get projects done, how to overcome problems with time & cost saving solutions, and a leadership style that demands the best out of everyone he works with. He helps coordinate manpower, deliveries, and mobilizations, while keeping the project team well-informed.

Lacey has been in Accounts Receivable/Payable for over fifteen years. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service skills are the backbone in making sure our customers and vendors are taken care of and well informed. She handles all the invoices, payments, certified payroll, waivers, and union benefits. She prides herself on being accurate and knowledgeable in CDB and UIUC processes, making her an invaluable asset to our clients.

Brian is a United States Army Veteran (2001-2005) who joined the Carpenters Union in 2016. With experience both in the field as a Carpenter and in the office as an Estimator/Project Manager, he brings a truly well-rounded dynamic to understanding how to manage projects both on paper and in the field. He prides himself on the relationships he builds with Contractors, Construction Managers, Architects, Clients, and Vendors alike. Integrity, Dependability, Transparency, and Accountability are traits that he believes are required to be successful and make up the foundation that LynchCo Construction Inc stands on.

Info: This $243.5 million-dollar, three-year renovation will be completed in 2026. LynchCo is a subcontractor under Core Construction, Otto Baum, and Imperial Woodworking. LynchCo is providing carpenters and laborers to assist in this extensive renovation that includes updating the Illinois State Senate Chamber. LynchCo’s carpenters are working hand-in-hand with Imperial Woodworking installing the decorative wood trim and moldings. LynchCo is also responsible for furnishing and installing Acoustic Wood Wall Panels, provided by FBM and Armstrong, in the new underground Conference Rooms.
